Day 1: Casablanca » Rabat » Fes [295 km]
Start your tour in Casablanca with a private tour guide. The first place to visit would be the Hassan II mosque, one of the biggest buildings in Morocco that attracts many visitors. Drive around the Medina to get a taste of daily urban living. We will stop at the Habous Quarters for some shopping, and at Place Mohammed V to see the government buildings.
After exploring the city, we’ll drive directly to Rabat city to see the unfinished Hassan minaret and the Kasbah of Oudayas. We will continue through Meknes to Fes, staying overnight at a local riad/hotel.

Day 2: Fes Sightseeing with a Local Guide
Explore the oldest Moroccan city is the first thing to do in the morning. It contains some of the oldest buildings in the country. We will begin our navigation at the Royal Palace. You will have enough time to visit the Jewish quarters, which are considered the oldest Mellah in the world.
Visit the most famous Islamic University in the region and the first one in the world. You will find out the tanneries, the Attarine Museum, and the Moulay Idriss mausoleum. Here you will find variety of cooperatives in the medina and take in a stunning aerial perspective of the entire city from a riad rooftop.

Day 3: Fes » Ifrane » Azrou » Midelt » Ziz Valley » Merzouga Desert [463
After a good breakfast at your riad, the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco are the next stop on your way to the Merzouga Sahara desert. You will have a visit to Cedar Forest, a Berber village that’s home to the legendary apes.
Our journey continues to Midelt and into the Ziz Valley. Quick stop in Erfoud, to explore its fossil decorations. In a short drive, we arrive at the Sahara Desert. Here you will enjoy the dunes with an experienced camel ride guide. He will take you on a long trip and you will stop at the peak of the dunes for the sunset sandboarding practice.
At the camp, you will have a gourmet dinner and a music party around the campfire. Spend your night at a traditional Berber-style nomad tent under the stars.

Day 4: Merzouga Sightseeing [60 km]
The next day, you can wake up early to catch the sunrise and take pictures. Then we will visit a nomad family at the heart of the desert. Learn how they make pizzas, and how they live.
We will rest for a while, and then we will take a drive through the desert dunes. Afterward, we visit El Khamlia, a small town in the area where we will enjoy skin Gnawa music. Have a cup of tea before visiting local artisans. Lastly, you will be transferred to the hotel for the rest after the long day of exploring.

Day 5: Merzouga Desert » Rissani » Todra Gorges » Dades Gorges [271 km]
In the morning, after your breakfast, we will continue our journey toward Rissani. In this small city you can check the traditional market (souk). This town is also known for dates and fossils. Make a stop at a local artisan collective to learn everything you can about the different types of fossils found in the area.
Furthermore, we reach the Todra Gorges. Surely you will enjoy a walk near the Todra River. In the evening we arrive at the Dades Gorges where you will have dinner and spend the night in a riad/hotel.

Day 6: Dades Gorges » Ouarzazate » Ait Ben Haddou » Marrakech [330 km]
Today we will start our long day of driving from Dades Gorges to Marrakech. Our first place to discover is Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate, the Moroccan “Hollywood of Africa ”. You will have the opportunity to visit the local film Atlas studio and Kasbah (Fortress).
Leave towards the most famous Kasbah in Morocco, the ancient city of Ait Ben Haddou. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lose yourself at the ancient kasbah before having lunch in a local restaurant.
