Day 1 : Tangier » Chefchaouen » Fes [305 km]
Your adventure begins with best Morocco travel as we will pick you up from your hotel or airport, for our 6 days tour from Tangier. Go on a journey through the stunning Rif mountains, passing Tetouan, en route to the captivating “Blue City” of Chefchaouen. Here, you will have ample free time to explore the town’s narrow blue and white streets, capture picturesque moments, and visit old medina.
Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, perhaps in the renowned Plaza Uta el-Hammam Square. Later, we will head to Fes, relishing scenic views of the Rif mountains and lush northern Moroccan landscapes along the way. Arriving in Fes by late afternoon, you will stay overnight in a beautifully decorated hotel or riad, setting the stage for further adventures.
Day 2: Sightseeing Fes with a Local Guide
After breakfast, we will join a certified local guide to explore the ‘world’s oldest living city’. Our journey takes us through a captivating walking tour of Medina, where we will stroll through its bustling souks, glimpse the entrance to the royal palace, and marvel at the 9th-century Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and University. In honor of the city’s founder, we will visit the tomb of Moulay Idriss. Lunch awaits you at a charming restaurant within the historic Medina. Our adventure continues by visiting the Batha Museum, the ancient Harem Garden, and the Carpenters’ Fountain. With the day over, we will head back to the Riad/hotel.
Day 3: Fes » Ifrane » Azrou » Ziz Valley » Merzouga Desert [470 km]

After breakfast at your hotel, our driver will pick you up with a 4×4 to start visiting the Erg Chebbi dunes. Our trip leads to Merzouga Oasis, unveiling its irrigation canal and agricultural landscapes. If water permits, a visit to the seasonal Sriji lake awaits. Our route carries us to Khamlia village, where the entrancing Gnawa music of dark-skinned immigrants echoes through history. En route, we explore M’ifis mines, renowned for minerals and fossils.
During this desert odyssey, we visit a nomad Berber family dwelling within the Sahara heart. Savor mint tea, gaining insight into desert life.
