Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca – Rabat – Fes [314 km]

Your 6 Days Tour from Casablanca begins with a warm welcome upon arrival in Casablanca. Depending on your arrival time, start your journey toward Fes while exploring some of Morocco historic highlights along the way. The first stop is Rabat, the capital city of Morocco and one of the country’s imperial cities.

In Rabat, visit the famous Hassan Tower, an unfinished minaret dating back to the 12th century and one of the city’s most important landmarks. Nearby, explore the Kasbah of the Udayas, a peaceful fortress overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, where narrow blue-and-white streets and scenic views create a relaxing atmosphere.

After discovering Rabat, continue your drive toward Fes through changing landscapes and charming towns. Arrive in Fes in the evening and check into your traditional riad or hotel. Spend the night relaxing and preparing for the cultural experiences waiting for you the following day.

Day 2: Guided Tour of Fes

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Fes with an experienced local guide to discover one of Morocco oldest and most fascinating cities. Fes is often considered the spiritual and cultural heart of the country and is home to one of the world’s largest medieval medinas.

Begin your visit with panoramic views overlooking the city before entering the historic medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with narrow alleys, lively souks, and traditional architecture. Explore the famous Al Quaraouiyine University, recognized as one of the oldest universities in the world, and admire historic madrasas decorated with detailed tilework and carved wood.

Continue through artisan quarters where local craftsmen continue centuries-old traditions, including leatherwork, pottery, weaving, and metalwork. Visit the well-known tanneries and experience the atmosphere of the markets, where spices, textiles, and handmade goods fill the colorful streets.

After your guided tour, enjoy free time to relax or continue exploring the medina at your own pace before returning to your accommodation for the night.

Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Ziz Valley – Merzouga [457 km]

After breakfast, leave Fes and travel south toward the Sahara Desert through the beautiful landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Your first stop is Ifrane, often called the Switzerland of Morocco thanks to its alpine-style architecture, clean streets, and cool mountain climate.

Continue through the cedar forests near Azrou, home to the famous Barbary macaques. This peaceful forest area offers a pleasant break and the chance to enjoy Morocco natural scenery. The journey then continues through mountain roads and changing landscapes toward Midelt and the southern regions.

As you travel farther south, stop to admire the impressive Ziz Valley, known for its green palm groves, dramatic cliffs, and panoramic views stretching across the valley floor. The scenery gradually changes as rocky landscapes give way to desert terrain and golden dunes.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley [257 km]

Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes, one of the most memorable moments of your Morocco desert tour. After breakfast at the camp, leave Merzouga and continue your adventure toward the Dades Valley.

Your first stop is Rissani, a historic town that once served as an important trading center connecting Morocco with sub-Saharan Africa. Known for its authentic atmosphere and strong local traditions, Rissani offers insight into desert culture and history.

Continue toward Todra Gorge, one of Morocco most spectacular natural sites. Towering canyon walls rise dramatically on both sides of the river, creating a peaceful and breathtaking setting. Take time to walk through the gorge, enjoy the fresh air, and admire the impressive rock formations.

In the afternoon, continue through scenic valleys and mountain landscapes toward Boumalne Dades. Known for its winding roads, dramatic cliffs, and beautiful scenery, the Dades Valley offers a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. Arrive at your hotel or riad, enjoy dinner, and spend the night surrounded by nature.

Day 5: Dades Valley – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech [338 km]

After breakfast, continue your journey through the beautiful landscapes of southern Morocco. Travel through the Rose Valley, famous for its seasonal rose fields and traditional villages, before continuing toward Ouarzazate and the surrounding kasbah region.

The highlight of the day is the visit to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its impressive earthen architecture and cinematic history. This ancient fortified village has appeared in numerous international films and television productions. Walk through its narrow passages and enjoy panoramic views from the upper sections of the kasbah.

After exploring Ait Ben Haddou, continue across the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the route, enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery, Berber villages, and spectacular landscapes that make this drive one of Morocco’s most beautiful.

Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon around 6pm and check into your riad. Enjoy your evening in Morocco famous Red City and take in the lively atmosphere of this vibrant destination.

Day 6: Transfer to Marrakech or Casablanca Airport

After breakfast, your 6 days Morocco tour comes to an end. Depending on your flight schedule, we will transfer you to either Marrakech Airport or Casablanca Airport for your departure.

If your flight is later in the day and you have extra time available, we can arrange a half-day guided tour of Marrakech to explore some of the city’s most famous attractions before your flight.
